The Work
You'll deliver teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. Weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and clinical team discussions are core parts of the role.
What You Need
- Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina (required — we cannot hire pre-licensure or other license types at this time)
- Interest in or experience with youth and family therapy
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM
Preferred
- CBT, DBT, or similar modality training
- School-based or youth clinical experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
