Remote Associate Therapist — LSW or LPC

You're a newly licensed or early-career therapist (LSW or LPC) in Illinois looking for a remote caseload with real clinical support behind it. You want your supervision hours covered, your schedule to be flexible, and your work to actually matter. Champaign-Urbana produces excellent clinicians — and we want to keep that talent working in Illinois communities.

The Work

You'll deliver teletherapy to K–12 students in Illinois school districts, collaborating with school counselors and families. You'll use evidence-based approaches and contribute to a growing clinical team.

What You Need

• Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we cannot hire pre-licensure candidates at this time)
• Interest in or experience with youth and family therapy
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings

Preferred

• CBT, DBT, or similar modality training
• School-based or youth clinical experience
• Active NPI and CAQH
