What You’ll Do

We are looking for a senior full stack engineer to help build the platform that powers the Togetherhood marketplace. This is an integral role for our business as productizing and automating the interactions within our marketplace will enable the business to scale even more quickly. You'll have the opportunity to influence our technology architecture and build features that impact all of our marketplace constituents. Our technology stack includes an AWS cloud environment, a C# backend, an API-based architecture and a REACT front end. This role is integral to the quality of our product and you will directly influence the company’s success!

In this job, your primary areas of responsibility will be:

• Participate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, and deployment
• Build new features for both sides of the Togetherhood marketplace (schools/communities and enrichment providers) that foster marketplace liquidity and an outstanding customer experience
• Build end-to-end systems optimized for speed and reliability
• Evolve our underlying technology platform to ensure that it can support the rapid expansion of our business in the coming 12-24 months
• Fix bugs reported by our users and internal teammates
• Identify the frameworks, tools and systems that will enable us to build a world class product development organization
