Summary

Senior Product Marketing Specialist role supporting the execution and maintenance of marketing activities across ACAMS' suite of professional certifications, certificate courses, and online training programs. Works closely with the Director of Product Marketing to maintain brand alignment and ensure high-quality marketing deliverables for global audiences.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update product collateral, website content, and client presentations while supporting promotional activities across multiple channels (conferences, email, LinkedIn, Instagram). Manage translation processes for multilingual materials, support new product launches, build Salesforce reports to track performance, and coordinate marketing assets across regional teams.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo); strong written communication and project management abilities. Preferred skills include Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI productivity tools, and experience with B2B or professional education marketing.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 4+ years of experience in marketing communications, product marketing, or campaign execution. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across multiple time zones with strong organizational skills.
Location: 1030 15th St NW, Washington, DC 20005 (Hybrid)
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $70,000 – $95,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

Opportunity at a Glance
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist to support the execution and maintenance of marketing activities across our suite of products, including professional certifications, certificate courses, and online training programs. This role will work closely with the Director of Product Marketing, Learning Products to maintain brand alignment, promote product visibility, and ensure timely, high-quality marketing deliverables for global audiences.

Responsibilities
Product Maintenance & Collateral

Maintain and update product collateral, client presentations, and website content in coordination with internal stakeholders and design teams.
Ensure product materials and web pages are accurate, current, and aligned with brand and messaging standards.

Product Promotion & Campaign Support

Support promotional activities for key products across channels including conferences, external events, email marketing, LinkedIn, Instagram, ACAMS Today magazine ads, and cross-promotional campaigns with other marketing teams.
Coordinate logistics and creative assets for event participation and product exposure.

Localization & Translation

Manage the translation process for marketing materials, web content, and product collateral.
Ensure consistency and timely delivery of multilingual materials for product launches and updates.

Launch & Strategy Execution

Collaborate directly with the Director of Product Marketing to support new product launches, contributing to go-to-market planning, content execution, and performance reporting.
Assist in positioning and messaging strategies for certifications, certificate courses, and AFC training programs globally.

Data & Reporting

Use Salesforce (SFDC) to build simple reports and extract insights into event registrations, product sales performance, and lead status.
Analyze data in Excel to identify opportunities for promotions and growth.

Email Marketing & Automation

Support campaign execution in Eloqua (or other marketing automation platforms), including copy creation, asset setup, and performance monitoring.
Ensure campaigns follow best practices for segmentation, personalization, and analytics.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with regional teams and manage meetings across multiple time zones.
Collaborate with internal departments (design, events, sales, operations) to ensure smooth execution of marketing deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
4+ years of experience in marketing communications, product marketing, or campaign execution.
Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) in basic reporting and data management.
Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo).
Experience coordinating marketing assets across multiple channels (web, email, social media, events).
Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written communication skills for drafting marketing copy and campaign content.

Highly Preferred

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar tools for light design and content editing.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) for research, drafting, and efficiency.
Understanding of B2B or professional education marketing a plus.
Experience supporting global or multilingual campaigns.
