Summary

Bilingual Associate Professional Counselor (APC) providing evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students in Georgia school districts. This remote role offers free supervision, guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling with no administrative burden.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver teletherapy sessions to school-aged students, collaborate with school counselors and families, participate in case consultations, and contribute to clinical program development.
Skills & Tools: Bilingual Spanish/English fluency, telehealth and EHR system proficiency, strong clinical assessment and evidence-based therapy skills (CBT/DBT preferred), and ability to work effectively with diverse youth and families.
Qualifications: Active APC license in Georgia (required), experience or strong interest in school-based youth and family work, and comfort with telehealth platforms. Preferred: experience with CBT/DBT modalities, prior school-based experience, and active NPI/CAQH.
Location: Remote - REMOTE, GA
Compensation: $35–$55/hr

Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English APCs to serve students and families across Georgia. This is a remote role for Associate Professional Counselors only, with free supervision (when caseload requirements are met), guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling.

Gainesville's community is nearly half Spanish-speaking, and the demand for bilingual, culturally competent mental health care in our partner school districts far exceeds current supply. If you're bilingual and want to serve your community — we want to hear from you.

The Work

You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students in Georgia school districts, collaborating with school counselors and families. You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development.

What You Need

  • Active APC license in Georgia (required — we are not able to hire pre-licensure or other license types at this time)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
  • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
  • Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
  • Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)

Preferred

  • Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
  • Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
  • Active NPI and CAQH
Pay Range
$45$55 USD
