Summary

Workday Administrator supporting the configuration and maintenance of HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, Concur) in a remote, team-oriented environment. The role involves administrative functions, stakeholder collaboration, custom reporting, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient HR platform operations.

Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain HRIS systems including security, business processes, and integrations; perform administrative functions and develop custom reports to meet stakeholder needs. Troubleshoot system issues, support feature releases, and communicate changes to affected team members.
Skills & Tools: 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Workday and ADP administration, plus familiarity with ERP, CRM, and databases. Strong customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, experience with ticketing systems (JIRA, SDP), and solid knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations, or related technology field required. 1-2 years of administrative experience with Workday and ADP systems.

Position Purpose: A self-motivated individual who is eager to contribute and learn. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment; experience in configuring and supporting all aspects of HRIS systems, along with keen attention to detail and timing. The HRIS/Workday Administrator is responsible for the administration, and ongoing maintenance and support of the HR platforms while working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the configuration and maintenance of HRIS systems, including by not limited to: Workday, ADP, Concur.
  • Perform administrative functions which may include security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, and support for integrations.
  • Work closely with functional area subject matter experts and other stakeholders as needed to test and implement efficient solutions and business process workflows.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop custom reports that meet their needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Support feature release updates and enhancements, and communicate clearly to affected team members about changes that may impact them or their roles.
  • Model best practice components of customer service.

Job Requirements/Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years' experience with Workday in an administration role.
  • 1-2 years' experience with ADP in an administration role.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM and Database's.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA, SDP, etc.).
  • Ability to constantly prioritize as business needs change.
  • Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations or other technology specific field
