Summary

Workday Administrator responsible for managing and supporting HRIS systems including Workday, ADP, and Concur, with focus on configuration, maintenance, and stakeholder collaboration. The role ensures effective HR platform administration and supports business process workflows in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage HRIS system configuration and maintenance, perform security and administrative functions, develop custom reports, troubleshoot system issues, and support feature releases while communicating changes to stakeholders. Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to implement efficient solutions and business process workflows.
Skills & Tools: 1-2 years' experience administering Workday and ADP systems, proficiency with ERP/CRM/databases, and experience with ticketing systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, knowledge of Agile methodologies, and ability to prioritize shifting business needs.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations, or related technology field required or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of proven administration experience with Workday and ADP platforms.

Position Purpose: A self-motivated individual who is eager to contribute and learn. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment; experience in configuring and supporting all aspects of HRIS systems, along with keen attention to detail and timing. The HRIS/Workday Administrator is responsible for the administration, and ongoing maintenance and support of the HR platforms while working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the configuration and maintenance of HRIS systems, including by not limited to: Workday, ADP, Concur.
  • Perform administrative functions which may include security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, and support for integrations.
  • Work closely with functional area subject matter experts and other stakeholders as needed to test and implement efficient solutions and business process workflows.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop custom reports that meet their needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Support feature release updates and enhancements, and communicate clearly to affected team members about changes that may impact them or their roles.
  • Model best practice components of customer service.

Job Requirements/Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years' experience with Workday in an administration role.
  • 1-2 years' experience with ADP in an administration role.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM and Database's.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA, SDP, etc.).
  • Ability to constantly prioritize as business needs change.
  • Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations or other technology specific field
