HR Business Partner role at 360Learning leading transformative people initiatives for approximately 120 employees across Professional Services, Marketing, and support functions. Focus on driving employee engagement, learning culture, organizational resilience, and business performance through strategic HR partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Support coaches in enabling compelling career experiences, guide quarterly performance reviews, develop employee growth plans, provide leadership coaching, create team action plans to drive performance and retention, and contribute to global DEI initiatives. Partner with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Total Rewards centers of expertise while managing HR processes and employee journey improvements.
Skills & Tools: 3+ years HR leadership experience with excellent coaching abilities and business acumen; strong hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach with results-oriented and data-driven mindset. Fluent English (US/UK) and French B2 level or equivalent; passionate about diversity, transparency, and collaborative working environments.
Qualifications: 3+ years in HR Leadership roles in France with good knowledge of French employment law; experience in US-based companies preferred for understanding employment law and employee relations. Relevant HR certifications or equivalent professional experience in people management required.

Job Description
As HR Business Partner, you are the key player to lead impactful and transformative initiatives that elevate employee engagement, foster a culture of learning and growth, and enhance organizational resilience. Your main focus is on supporting and guiding our coaches to enable compelling career and work experiences for a scope of around 120 employees in Professional Services, Marketing and support functions, with an emphasis on maximizing both performance and engagement.
You partner with internal centers of expertise in Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Total Rewards to deliver high impact on people processes and business performance. You are supported by an HR Ops Associate and report to the Chief People and Culture Officer based in France
You are based in France, and work remotely or in our office in Paris.
Within 1 month, you will: Meet the People & Culture team Learn how to work in Convexity and become familiar with 360Learning Build intimacy with your internal clients and participate in their rituals Fully understand our People & Culture processes and provide your inputs
Within 3 months, you will: Support and enable impactful quarterly performance reviews Nudge 360Learners into defining their personal growth plans with their coaches Support and coach the leadership team of your scope Establish routines with your HR Ops Associate to effectively tag team and backup
Within 6 months, you will: Know your population well enough to make sound individual recommendations Turn insights into impactful team action plans to drive performance and retention Make all recommendations for our global employee journey Join our global DEI effort, partnering with our ERGs and leading by example
Within 12 months, you will: Deliver high-profile global projects for the People and Culture team to expand your reach Grow, network and build thought leadership for both your benefit and that of 360Learning
