Skills & Tools: Expert-level knowledge of AI, machine learning, data engineering, and data integration; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities; proficiency in data governance, ethics, and institutional strategy; experience translating technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience); 10+ years in data/AI roles with 5+ years in leadership positions; proven track record developing and scaling enterprise data solutions.
Location: In-Person
Compensation: $180K–$280K/yr (estimated)

As the Director of AI & Data Solutions at ODU, you will lead the strategic vision, development, and implementation of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data engineering, and data integration initiatives.
