Summary

Partnerships Intern role focused on building and scaling Wayground's strategic partnerships pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting and lead generation. The intern will work directly with the Strategic Partnerships Lead to identify and unlock conversations with publishers, OEMs, and global partners.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and research high-potential partners, execute cold outreach across email/LinkedIn/phone, make daily cold calls to secure meetings, maintain partnership pipeline metrics, and support GTM execution including deck creation and stakeholder coordination.
Skills & Tools: Strong hunter mentality with comfort in cold calling and rejection handling; excellent written and verbal communication; high organization and attention to detail; ability to work independently and drive momentum from scratch.
Qualifications: No specific education or prior experience explicitly required; seeking high-agency, self-motivated individuals comfortable with proactive outreach and sales-driven work in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Bangalore, India (office-based with commute support provided)
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000/year based on internship title, seniority, and Bangalore location.

We’re looking for a high-agency, hustle-driven intern to help scale our strategic partnerships pipeline. You will work directly with the Strategic Partnerships Lead to identify, reach out to, and unlock conversations with publishers, OEMs, and high-value partners globally. This role is for someone who thrives on opening doors through cold outreach (including cold calling) and building momentum from scratch. What you'll do:

1. Build the Partnerships Pipeline (Core Focus):

- Identify and research high-potential partners (publishers, OEMs, platforms)

- Execute high-volume outbound across channels — cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling

- Proactively call prospects to break into accounts and secure meetings

- Generate qualified conversations and hand them over for deeper engagement

- Continuously improve outreach scripts and messaging based on results

2. Own Top-of-Funnel Momentum:

- Maintain a strong pipeline of new partner conversations every week

- Track outreach, calls, responses, and conversion metrics

- Ensure a consistent flow of ready-to-convert opportunities

3. GTM & Execution Support:

- Build and manage GTM workflows and activities

- Create sharp, high-impact decks for partner conversations

- Support execution of key partnership initiatives

4. Coordination & Follow-through:

- Drive follow-ups across stakeholders to keep deals moving

- Maintain clean tracking of partner pipeline and progress

- Ensure no opportunity drops due to lack of follow-up
