Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments; build custom objects, fields, automation workflows, and Flows; create reports and dashboards; manage user setup and permissions; support data migrations and third-party integrations; and provide end-user support and troubleshooting.
Skills & Tools: Strong Salesforce administration expertise including Flow Builder, Approval Processes, reporting, and dashboard development; proficiency with data migration tools (Data Loader, MuleSoft); understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture; and excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Qualifications: 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience with current Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201); prior consulting experience required with ability to operate independently in fast-paced client environments. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.

Job Description

This role is part of our ongoing bench program for upcoming client engagements. We are proactively identifying experienced consultants who can be deployed quickly as new projects are confirmed. While this position is not tied to an immediate start, it represents a strong opportunity to be considered for upcoming work aligned with your expertise and availability.

Please note that prior consulting experience is required, as this role will involve stepping into client environments with minimal ramp-up, working independently, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Qualified candidates will be contacted as relevant projects become available.

About the Role

We are building a network of experienced Salesforce professionals for upcoming consulting engagements supporting CRM transformation and optimization initiatives. This role is ideal for consultants who are comfortable working in fast-paced client environments, supporting system enhancements, improving operational workflows, and driving user adoption across Salesforce platforms.

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce environments across Sales, Service, and customer operations teams. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders to improve workflows, automate processes, enhance reporting visibility, and ensure the platform continues to align with evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud environments

  • Build and manage custom objects, fields, record types, validation rules, page layouts, and automation workflows

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, Process Builder automations, and approval processes

  • Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support sales leadership and operational decision-making

  • Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules

  • Maintain data integrity through deduplication, enrichment, data imports, and export operations

  • Support Salesforce integrations with third-party systems including ERP, marketing automation, and billing platforms

  • Coordinate Salesforce deployments, release management activities, and managed package updates

  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide end-user support across business teams

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business processes into Salesforce solutions

  • Maintain system documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and data dictionaries

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience

  • Current Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)

  • Experience supporting Salesforce implementation, optimization, or enhancement projects

  • Strong experience with Salesforce automation tools including Flow Builder and Approval Processes

  • Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard development

  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, relational data concepts, and security architecture

  • Experience supporting data migration and integration activities using Data Loader, MuleSoft, or similar tools

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
