Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of corporate eLearning and content development projects at scale. Own project lifecycle management from kickoff through closure, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence across multiple simultaneous initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Manage full project lifecycles using Microsoft Project, define scope and milestones with stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams including instructional design, SMEs, media, and delivery. Track progress, manage risks, communicate status updates to internal and client stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned to quality expectations.

Skills & Tools: Strong project management fundamentals with practical proficiency in Microsoft Project; excellent cross-functional coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Demonstrated capability in risk management, issue resolution, and execution-focused delivery in learning or corporate training environments.

Qualifications: Typically 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in learning and development, eLearning solutions, or instructional design project delivery. Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹12,00,000 – ₹18,00,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.
