Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹2,50,000 – ₹4,00,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

Junior HTML Developer – Accessibility Remediation (Contract)

Location: Onsite - Noida, India (open to India-based candidates only)

We’re identifying Junior Front-End Developers to support accessibility remediation of existing HTML-based web content to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. This is a hands-on, entry-level role focused on executing defined fixes within a structured, mentored environment.

What you’ll do

  • Support remediation of HTML5 and static web content using existing templates and guidelines

  • Fix common accessibility issues such as missing alt text, heading structure, form labels, and basic keyboard navigation

  • Apply semantic markup and accessibility best practices with guidance from senior developers

  • Run checks using accessibility tools and follow defined validation checklists

  • Document updates clearly and incorporate feedback from reviews

  • Support larger remediation efforts alongside experienced developers

  • Participate in training and learning sessions on accessibility standards and tools
