Summary

Senior Creative Designer role focused on elevating digital learning experiences through visual storytelling, modern design practices, and AI-driven innovation at Infopro Learning. This hands-on position combines design execution with cross-functional collaboration to create high-impact eLearning solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop creative assets across multiple digital learning formats (WBTs, ILTs, simulations, videos, microlearning), produce instructional videos with animation and audio synchronization, and create interactive design elements including responsive layouts and 360° media. Leverage AI tools to accelerate design workflows, maintain Articulate Storyline and Rise templates, and collaborate with Instructional Designers and Developers to ensure alignment with learning objectives and accessibility standards.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in design tools, Articulate Storyline and Rise, video production with animation, and AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and Runway ML. Strong visual storytelling, responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG) knowledge, and ability to manage multiple deliverables while maintaining quality and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role in eLearning or digital media with demonstrated expertise in instructional design and visual storytelling. Education in Design, Multimedia, or related field preferred; experience with learning management systems and instructional design principles required.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹18,00,000 – ₹28,00,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer who can elevate digital learning experiences through strong visual storytelling, modern design practices, and emerging technologies. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of design execution while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring learning concepts to life.

You will work at the intersection of design, media, and AI-driven innovation, translating instructional ideas into engaging, high-quality digital experiences that perform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop creative assets across digital learning formats including WBTs, ILTs, simulations, videos, and microlearning

  • Produce instructional videos with polished visuals, animation, and audio synchronization

  • Create immersive and interactive design elements, including responsive layouts and 360° media

  • Build and maintain templates in Articulate Storyline and Rise aligned to brand and accessibility standards

  • Leverage AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, and others to accelerate design and prototyping

  • Translate storyboards and scripts into compelling visual narratives with minimal direction

  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Art Directors, and Developers to ensure alignment with learning objectives

  • Manage multiple deliverables while maintaining consistency, quality, and attention to detail

  • Apply accessibility standards (WCAG) and ensure compatibility across LMS environments
