Summary

Part-time online real estate instructor responsible for teaching pre-licensing, continuing education, and post-licensing courses to students. Instructors create engaging learning experiences and develop students into loyal Colibri advocates.

Key Responsibilities: Instruct assigned courses using provided materials, actively engage with students in an online environment, provide real-world examples and guidance, and participate in curriculum meetings and faculty trainings.
Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in webinar/livestreaming technology and online instruction delivery, excellent communication and student engagement abilities, and proficiency with computer-based teaching tools and HD camera/microphone equipment.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney with an active state-specific real estate license required; previous instruction or training experience required. DREI certification preferred.

Instructors use company provided content and course materials to teach pre-licensing, continuing education, and post licensing courses, depending on where the need is and the instructor’s specialty. Instructors help students understand material by leading insightful lessons, providing real-world examples, answering questions, and creating Raving Fans of Colibri for life.  What You'll Do:
  • Instruct assigned courses according to the provided course plan.
  • Actively engage with students online.
  • Utilize strong understanding with webinar/livestreaming technology and online instruction.
  • Recommend strategies for success and assist students in meeting course objectives.
  • Participate in faculty curriculum and ad-hoc meetings and trainings as required.
  • What You'll Need to Succedd :
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney required.
  • Active state specific real estate license (salesperson or broker) required.
  • Previous instruction and/or training experience required.
  • Computer with an HD camera and microphone required.
  • Quiet, dedicated office space with strong internet connection required.
  • DREI certification preferred.
