Summary

Regional Vice President of Sales for FACTS Management Co. responsible for driving revenue growth and managing K-12 school relationships across the Southwest territory. The role focuses on developing new business, maintaining existing accounts, and representing FACTS at industry events.

Key Responsibilities: Develop new business and manage existing relationships with schools and organizations in the private school market; represent FACTS at industry conventions; make cold calls and conduct seminars for prospective schools; achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals; maintain marketing database for assigned geography.
Skills & Tools: Direct sales expertise with ability to work independently; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and sales management platforms (Creatio or equivalent); excellent communication, public speaking, and persuasion skills; strong listening and objection-handling abilities; valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience with demonstrated ability to manage up to 25 concurrent projects.

To serve as the official representative of FACTS Management Co. (a Nelnet Company) in a defined geographic territory, increasing revenue from school clients using FACTS products/services and increasing the number of K-12 school relationships

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.   Develop new business, as well as manage, service and grow existing relationships with schools, diocese, and organizations responsible for or involved in the private school market, within a defined geographic territory.

2.   Represent FACTS at industry association conventions, meetings and gatherings.

3.   Create, maintain and further high-level relationships within Diocesan, Christian and all school related organizations.

4.   Make cold calls to set appointments.

5.   Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and quotas.

6.   Develop an annual sales plan for a defined geography.

7.   Coordinate and conduct seminars for prospective schools.

8.   Maintain FACTS’ marketing database for the given geography.

EDUCATION: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: 

1.   A minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales.

2.   Experience managing up to 25 projects concurrently and moving all to some level of completion.

COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

1.   Ability to work independently.

2.   Proficiency in computer technology use of data management, sales management, and sales presentations applications, as well as Microsoft applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and a sales management platform (Creatio or equivalent).

3.   Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

4.   Ability to persuade prospects to purchase an intangible service offering. 

5.   Exceptional listening skills with the ability to formulate a response to prospect objections.

6.   Ability to define prospect needs and respond quickly with solutions.

7.   Professional and personable in both dress and speech.

8.   Strong work ethic, values, and integrity.

9.   Outgoing personality and willingness to make cold calls to set appointments.

10.   Valid driver’s license, and dependable transportation with the ability to travel as necessary.

11.   Ability to manage an expense account within defined parameters.

12.   Commitment to community and/or service organizations and volunteerism.
