About the Role

As Senior Financial Analyst, you will report to the Sr. Director, Finance, and will play a critical role in providing actionable insights to support decision-making across the company. You will collaborate with senior leaders on their overall planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of financial performance in their functional area of the business. This involves developing and managing processes and solutions to ensure efficiency in forecasting, analysis, and decision support.

This role will be hybrid based in New York, NY or remote in the US (Eastern time zone strongly preferred).


In this role you will:

  • Partner with management at all levels to improve business outcomes and optimize company performance.
  • Build deep business partner relationships across the Product, Technology, People, and Operations teams to drive visibility & support decision-making.
  • Contribute to the preparation of business presentations for executive and Board of Directors meetings, providing necessary data and analysis to support strategic planning and drive clarity.
  • Create robust financialmodels, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial forecasts and reports.
  • Analyze and report on key SaaS performance indicators (KPIs) such as ARR, churn, LTV, and CAC to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide direction and collaborate with budget owners to assist with the efficient execution of budget and forecasting.
  • Provide analysis on monthly reporting, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating key messages.
  • Partner with the accounting team to ensure proper alignment of expenses and that all financial deliverables are met.
  • Support development of business cases to evaluate new product investment opportunities.

  • An experienced communicator verbally, in writing and storytelling through data
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving skills

On your resume:

  • 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience and demonstrated professional growth
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA a plus
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail while delivering against tight deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in financial software and tools; experience with Adaptive Planning as strong plus (our stack also include NetSuite and Tableau).
  • Demonstrated high proficiency in Microsoft Excel modeling a must.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging data and analytics to drive internal and customer value
  • Experience as a finance business partner supporting product development/technology teams a plus
  • Experience in SaaS a strong plus
