Summary

The Inclusion Intern at Hudl will support the company's inclusion efforts by managing programs, developing new initiatives, and conducting research on diversity and equity topics. This role provides hands-on experience in fostering an equitable and inclusive workplace culture.

Your Role

We’re looking for an internwho’sinterested in supporting Hudl’s inclusion efforts and initiatives. At hudl, we believe we’re all responsible for creating an equitable and inclusive workplace—this intern will help set strategy and guide our teams.

The role focuses on:

  • Current inclusion programs. You’ll help manage all of our current inclusion programs, and create new programs at Hudl.
  • Collaboration. As you develop, implement and execute on projects, you’ll work with a variety of stakeholders, including: our Global Inclusion Lead, departments across the company (especially Talent Management and Learning and Development), our employee resource groups (ERGs), and our communities.
  • Research and reporting. You’ll compile resources around various topics, provide high-level administrative support to community engagement and inclusive activities, and post publicly about inclusion at Hudl and your experience as an intern.

This role is in office, so we're currently considering students who live within a commuting distance of our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Must-Haves

  • Curious. You’re constantly exploring innovative solutions and strengthening your ability to rethink possibilities. Detail-oriented. You pay attention to the small things because you know they can make a big impact. You can easily showcase your strong verbal and writing communication skills.
  • Collaborative. You can think and work independently, but you also work well within a team environment.Technical skills. You’ve used Microsoft or Google Suite tools (think Google Docs or Microsoft Word) and feel comfortable with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, X).
  • Culturally aware. You have experience or knowledge in engaging with global cultures. You understand international perspectives and are passionate about fostering cross-cultural relationships.
  • A current student. You’re currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate program—and will be for the duration of the internship—with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater. You’ll be available at least 15–20 hours per week during the school year, and have the opportunity to increase your hours over the summer months.
