Summary

Associate Manager in Performance Marketing at Amplify Education, responsible for developing and optimizing digital campaigns that drive student engagement and learning outcomes. Qualifications: BA/BS degree required with 3+ years of marketing, communications, or related field experience. Demonstrated experience building digital marketing campaigns with defined KPIs and measurement plans; preferred experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and content management systems.

Amplify is seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Associate Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with marketing leadership in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The Associate Manager will sit on the performance marketing team and collaborate with content and product marketers to develop digital campaigns and assets that align with enterprise-wide goals.

The ideal candidate brings a foundational understanding of digital marketing channels - including web, social, email, paid media, and content marketing - and intermediate experience with digital acquisition and retention strategies. This role is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, data-driven, and excited to contribute to measurable marketing success.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Create digital marketing assets such as emails, ads, forms, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including campaign planning and collaboration with internal teams to support digital acquisition goals
  • Drive paid media ad placements by monitoring performance, optimizing results, and providing actionable recommendations
  • Use project management tools to lead and track digital campaigns efficiently from start to finish 
  • Assist in managing relationships with external digital marketing vendors and partners to ensure campaign alignment and performance
  • Help measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts (e.g., MQL to SQL conversion) using attribution and analytics tools 
  • Contribute insights and data-driven recommendations for campaign optimizations in team presentations to support continuous improvement and reinvestment strategies
  • Support the development of direct reports, helping them align their work to team and company objectives 

Required Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years of work experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience with marketing CRM systems and analytic tools
  • Demonstrated experience building digital marketing campaigns with defined KPIs and measurement plans
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a data-driven, team-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with HubSpot and SalesForce
  • Experience using a content management system (CMS) 
  • Familiarity with paid social platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter 
  • Understanding of core marketing concepts and digital strategy
  • Proficiency with Google tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Experience using project management systems

What we offer:

The gross salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
