The PT Medical Advisor and Student Experience Coordinator provides academic advising to students and leads in-person and online learning sessions. They will also will use their expertise to monitor and observe center operations including Accudemia/center attendance, Lectures, Classes, on a scheduled basis to ensure smooth technical operation, provide faculty assistance, provide center access when required, and generally assure a high level of customer experience throughout.
Primary Responsibilities
- Opening/Closing the center
- Preparing lecture halls for classes
- Center rounds to ensure compliance with various rules and academic supervision and facilitation
- Student questions/communications
- Managing center attendance
- Managing walk-in and phone inquiries
- Academic advising
- Teaching USMLE Prep Classes (Critical Thinking Sessions)
Minimum Qualifications
- Medical Doctor
- 1 year Customer Service related experience
- Minimum 1 USMLE examination passed
Preferred Qualifications
- Teaching Experience Preferred

The salary range for this role is currently between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour, and the amount that is offered is based on the candidate's skills, experience and education, among other factors determined by the business. It is within Kaplan's discretion to adjust this range based on business needs.
