Summary

Lead the operational engine of Pluralsight's marketing organization as Senior Director of Marketing Operations, driving alignment, accountability, and scalable performance across all marketing functions in a remote role. This strategic, execution-focused position bridges marketing and enterprise operations while ensuring efficient execution and governance compliance.

Key Responsibilities: Architect and optimize marketing operational infrastructure including workflow systems, project management methodologies, and cross-functional communication frameworks. Own CRM and campaign operations, lead scoring strategy, budget management, and financial governance across all marketing functions while partnering with enterprise teams.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership and self-awareness with expertise in workflow and project management systems, CRM and marketing automation platforms, and data governance. Ability to simplify complexity, drive operational rigor, and communicate proactively across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing operations or leadership roles, ideally within high-growth SaaS or digital businesses. Familiarity with compliance frameworks, procurement systems, and experience managing enterprise-scale marketing operations required.
Location: Remote, United States of America
Compensation: $186,900 – $247,700/year
