Summary

Account Executive responsible for driving new business sales of Huddle Up's pediatric teletherapy services to K-12 school districts in an assigned territory. This role focuses on prospecting, educating customers, and closing deals with Special Education and Student Services departments.

Key Responsibilities: Prospect and educate potential K-12 districts on Huddle Up's value proposition, qualify customer needs through key contacts, manage multiple sales leads simultaneously, and conduct onsite sales demonstrations. Responsible for meeting quarterly revenue targets, providing accurate sales reporting and forecasts, and gathering customer feedback for product improvement.
Skills & Tools: Strong consultative sales skills with ability to identify and solve customer problems; excellent communication and presentation abilities for customer education and persuasion. Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles, pipeline development, and territory management in the education sector.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; minimum 2+ years of closing/sales experience with demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in the K-12 market. Passion for education and proven ability to implement customer-focused solutions.

Compensation: $150,000 – $174,000/year

Title: Account Executive - K12 Sales

What You’ll Do: 

Drive new business sales by prospecting, educating customers on the value of Huddle Up and closing K12 districts in a specific territory. You will identify key potential customers within the market by following leads and demonstrating the value of Huddle Up. You will be focused on selling into the Special Education department as well as Student Services.  

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Education: Educate customers and potential customers on the value and opportunity of using Huddle Up;
  • Identify Key Customers: Qualify and identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization; Outbound/Inbound prospecting to target the assigned market segment;
  • Customer Management: Manage and follow up on multiple sales leads and customer sales inquiries simultaneously; Travel onsite as needed for sales demonstrations to secure revenue targets;
  • Weekly Reports: Create pipeline value and provide accurate and timely reporting and tracking of sales activities and territory sales forecasts;
  • Revenue Targets: Responsible for meeting/exceeding quarterly targets by utilizing sales tools provided; 
  • Customer Voice: Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas of the product;
  • Miscellaneous: Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field;
  • 2+ years of closing/sales experience exceeding sales targets within the K-12 market;
  • A consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions;
  • Passion for education and helping students

The on target earnings for this role is between $150,000 - $174,000 including commission and base salary. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience and other qualifications.
