Support ERP transformation initiatives as an experienced SAP S/4HANA Administrator through system configuration, maintenance, and optimization. This bench position will deploy qualified consultants to client engagements as projects are confirmed.

Key Responsibilities: Configure SAP modules (Finance, Controlling, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning) to support business processes, perform Basis administration tasks, execute testing for changes, and troubleshoot SAP application issues. Support implementations, migrations, upgrades, develop reports and dashboards, manage transport landscapes, and collaborate with stakeholders on requirements translation.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years SAP administration experience with ECC and/or S/4HANA, SAP certification in at least one functional module, working knowledge of SAP Basis administration, experience with SAP reporting/analytics tools, and strong communication and documentation skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field with 5+ years of SAP administration experience and SAP functional module certification required. Prior consulting experience essential with demonstrated ability to work independently in client environments with minimal ramp-up.

Job Description

This role is part of our ongoing bench program for upcoming client engagements. We are proactively identifying experienced consultants who can be deployed quickly as new projects are confirmed. While this position is not tied to an immediate start, it represents a strong opportunity to be considered for upcoming work aligned with your expertise and availability.

Please note that prior consulting experience is required, as this role will involve stepping into client environments with minimal ramp-up, working independently, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Qualified candidates will be contacted as relevant projects become available.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Administrator to support ERP transformation initiatives through system configuration, maintenance, and optimization. This role plays a key part in ensuring redesigned business processes are accurately implemented within the SAP environment, while supporting upgrades, testing, and ongoing system performance. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to align system functionality with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, Controlling, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning) to support business processes

  • Perform SAP Basis administration tasks, including user management, role assignments, transport management, and system monitoring

  • Execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing for configuration changes

  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP application issues, coordinating with SAP support as needed

  • Support S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and upgrade initiatives

  • Develop and maintain reports, queries, and dashboards using SAP tools (e.g., Analytics Cloud, Fiori, ABAP)

  • Manage transport landscape and release management processes

  • Collaborate with business process owners to translate requirements into SAP configurations

  • Maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, authorization matrices, and change logs

  • Support training teams with SAP functional expertise and documentation

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of SAP administration experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA)

  • SAP certification in at least one functional module (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM)

  • Experience supporting S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or upgrades

  • Working knowledge of SAP Basis administration (user management, transports, system monitoring)

  • Experience with SAP reporting and analytics (ALV, Query, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Fiori)

  • Understanding of enterprise business processes (finance, procurement, sales, manufacturing)

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
