Summary

Business Operations role supporting Presence's Administration Team, which comprises Finance, Corporate Strategy, Executive Leadership, and Legal functions. This position serves as backbone support for company operations, enabling leadership decision-making and insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Support Finance, Corporate Strategy, Executive Leadership, and Legal teams in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Assist with business insights, data coordination, and cross-functional initiatives that enable company-wide decision-making.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational and project management abilities with proficiency in business operations, finance, and administrative processes. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a remote-first, distributed team environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field with 2-4 years of business operations or administrative experience. Experience supporting C-suite leadership, finance teams, or corporate strategy functions preferred.
Location: United States, Remote-first
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $55,000 – $75,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.
