Key Responsibilities: Organize and attend campus recruitment events, build relationships with academic institutions, coordinate the interview and selection process, and manage candidate data while ensuring positive candidate experiences. Support onboarding efforts and collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with company needs.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively, combined with proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, LinkedIn, Seekout, and Boolean internet research. Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and initiative-driven approach to relationship building and candidate engagement.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 1-2 years of experience in early talent recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. Demonstrated ability to manage data compliance, promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Position Overview: As an Early Talent Recruiting Associate, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-performing early talent to join our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers, participate in campus events, and leverage various recruiting strategies to identify and engage promising candidates. Your goal is to create a robust pipeline of diverse and highly skilled early talent that aligns with our company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Campus Recruitment: Organize and attend career fairs, campus events, and networking sessions to identify and engage with potential early talent candidates.

•   Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with academic institutions, student organizations, and other networks to establish a strong presence and attract top talent.

•   Candidate Engagement: Implement innovative strategies to engage with candidates, including social media, webinars, and informational sessions.

•   Selection Process: Coordinate and participate in the interview process, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

•   Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.

•   Diversity and Inclusion: Actively contribute to promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates.

•   Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

•   Onboarding Support: Assist in the smooth onboarding process of early talent hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in early talent recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, LinkedIn, Seekout & Boolean internet research
  • Proactive mindset, ability to work independently, and a strong sense of initiative.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in early talent recruitment and campus engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Outlook, Excel

The estimated base salary range for this job is $70,000-$90,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $71,000-$106,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
