Revenue Operations Analyst supporting strategic revenue reporting and GTM analytics across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role builds visibility across the full funnel and generates insights to identify pipeline and retention risks.
Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic, analytically-minded Revenue Operations professional to support revenue reporting, build visibility across the full GTM funnel, and generate insights that help identify pipeline and retention risks. You’ll partner across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate data into clear insights and recommendations that inform decision-making.
This role combines strong SaaS metrics knowledge, hands-on analytics execution, and the ability to prioritize the questions that matter most. You’ll work closely with GTM and leadership teams to support reporting, improve data quality, and strengthen how we understand revenue performance.
This is a fully remote role and can be held by an employee living in Canada or the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering key SaaS metrics (ARR, bookings, pipeline, churn, retention)
- Support the preparation of executive and board reporting through data analysis and insights
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting in partnership with Rev Ops and Finance
- Identify trends and provide clear insights to help explain performance
Full-Funnel GTM Analysis (Marketing → Sales → Customer Success)
- Analyze marketing performance, lead quality, funnel conversion, and attribution
- Track key sales metrics including pipeline coverage, velocity, win rates, and stage conversion
- Monitor customer health, expansion trends, and churn drivers by segment and cohort
- Connect insights across the customer journey—from acquisition through renewal and expansion
Pipeline & Churn Monitoring
Track pipeline health and highlight risks or gaps (coverage, velocity, stalled deals)
- Monitor churn and retention trends, including cohort performance and leading indicators
- Flag early signals of risk or opportunity to Sales and Customer Success teams
- Support ongoing improvements to forecasting and risk tracking approaches
Planning & Analytical Support
- Support territory planning, capacity modeling, and forecast analysis through data modeling
- Build analyses to answer key business questions (e.g., pipeline gaps, conversion challenges, retention trends)
- Translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses with clear findings
- Provide data-backed recommendations to support decision-making
BI, Systems & Data Quality
- Build and maintain dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Support reporting and dashboarding within Salesforce and other GTM systems
- Identify data quality issues and partner with system owners to improve accuracy and consistency
- Document key metrics, definitions, and reporting methodologies
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or GTM Analytics, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (data modeling, formulas, analysis)
- Strong Technical & Analytical Skills
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, or similar)
- Strong Salesforce reporting and dashboard experience
