Summary

Junior Campaign Analyst provides day-to-day support for marketing campaigns at Cambium Learning Group's educational brands (Time4Learning and Brightspire Virtual School). This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, project management, and influencer outreach in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities: Traffic creative assets across email, social, web, and paid channels while maintaining campaign calendars and timelines. Manage influencer communications, track deliverables and performance metrics, pull campaign data, and support reporting on KPIs and trends.
Skills & Tools: Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines. Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, paid media platforms, email tools, social scheduling, and project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira) is required or preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; equivalent experience accepted. 0–2 years of marketing or communications experience, including internships or project-based work.
