Summary
Lead high-performing product delivery teams at McGraw Hill by optimizing operations, enhancing system performance, and establishing data-driven metrics for Agile delivery. Act as a bridge between product delivery teams, technology, finance, and business leadership to reduce friction and enable consistent execution.
Skills & Tools: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, systems thinking, data analysis, and proficiency in tools like Jira and Smartsheet; excellent communication and consultative skills required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in delivery operations, Agile environments, or related roles; proven people management and performance management capabilities required.
Location: United States (no specified travel requirements)
Compensation: $114,000 – $130,000 / annually
