Summary
Security and Safety Shift Lead at CDW responsible for monitoring facility access, ensuring safety compliance, and overseeing security personnel. The role maintains security of company assets and protects all individuals entering and exiting the North Las Vegas facility.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor individuals entering/exiting the building, oversee security team, respond to emergencies, maintain compliance with policies, and assist in investigations and team management. Provide CPR/First Aid services, coordinate visitor procedures, and ensure proper documentation of time and training.
Skills & Tools: 2 years of security experience, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must demonstrate quick decision-making in emergencies and ability to observe and report details.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of security experience required. Must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily, lift up to 50 lbs, and legally operate a motor vehicle.
