Summary

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage revenue operations processes including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting; implement and optimize CRM and sales technologies; analyze sales and customer data for trends and improvements; and collaborate with sales, marketing, CS, and finance teams to align on revenue goals and drive process automation.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales/marketing technologies, combined with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and data analysis and reporting is essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred) with 5+ years of revenue operations or sales operations experience, preferably within the edtech sector. Proven ability to manage projects, drive initiatives, and develop compensation plans.

Compensation: $159,000 – $189,000/year USD or CA$148,000 – CA$176,000/year CAD, plus equity

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Revenue Operations to optimize our revenue processes and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, expertise in supporting sales, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. The person in this position will lead initiatives to improve sales efficiency, forecast accuracy, and reporting capabilities and will report to the CRO.

This position can be located in any geography in the US or Canada.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and manage key revenue operations processes including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
  • Implement and optimize CRM and other sales and marketing technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, CS and finance teams to align on revenue goals and strategies.
  • Monitor and manage key revenue metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to streamline revenue operations workflows.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, preferably within the edtech market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales and marketing technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, compensation plans.

The annual salary range for this position is $159,000-$189,000 USD or $148,000-176,000 CAD, plus equity. Please note that the final offer amount is determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
