Summary

Content and Instructional Specialist for Spanish Language Arts at Amplify Education, responsible for developing and reviewing standards-aligned curricular materials and engaging texts for diverse Spanish language learners. This part-time contract role supports the creation of rigorous, engaging lessons for K-12 SLA and dual-language classrooms.

Skills & Tools: Native or native-level Spanish proficiency in both communication and academic contexts with strong background in Spanish linguistics including grammar, phonology, semantics, morphology, and syntax. Demonstrated ability to craft challenging standards-based lessons, meet deadlines, balance multiple projects, and work collaboratively in educational content development.

Qualifications: 5+ years of Spanish or bilingual elementary education experience developing and implementing engagement strategies, with a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/work experience. Proven experience in educational publishing, crafting standards correlations, and technical documentation; preferred qualifications include a graduate degree and experience instructing diverse learners across different genres and technologies.
