Host workshops for customers and prospects while training internal teams on FACTS products and services.
Skills & Tools: Expert knowledge of FACTS Payment Plans, Billing, and Financial Aid Management products with strong communication, presentation, and training abilities. Customer service orientation, creative problem-solving, and ability to analyze platform usage and configuration.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in education, business, or technology, with at least 3 years in a K-12 private school business office. 3+ years of direct experience with FACTS Payment Plans, Billing, and Financial Aid Management products and services.
Location: Remote from Nebraska, United States of America; must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship

The FACTS Financial Sales Specialist specializes in the FACTS Payment Plans, Billing, and Financial Aid Management products and supports the mission of K-12 private and faith-based schools by helping them utilize specific services within these platforms. This position creates resources, leads webinars, develops workshops and works directly with schools to help them develop and implement successful financial management strategies. In addition, the Financial Sales Specialist works directly with existing FACTS customers by teaching them how to best manage their current processes and helping them to improve by evaluating their usage, configuration and overall implementation of the Payment Plans, Billing, and Financial Aid Management platforms.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.   Develop content (related to Payment Plans, Billing, and Financial Aid Management best practices) for webinars, workshops, blog posts, analytics spreadsheets, reports and checklists.

2.   Work with FACTS customers to evaluate school usage, configuration, and overall implementation of all aspects of the Payment Plans, Billing, and Financial Aid Management products.

3.   Work directly with the FACTS Payment Plans, Billing, and Financial Aid Management Product Manager to align best practices with the product roadmap.

4.   Collaborate closely with internal teams (Implementation, Product Management, Sales and Account Management).

5.   Host online and onsite best practice workshops for existing customers and prospects.

6.   Educate and train internal teams on FACTS Payment Plans, Billing, and Financial Aid Management best practices.

Salary for this role is: $70,000

EDUCATION: 

Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, preferably in education, business and/or technology.

EXPERIENCE: 

1.   3 years experience working in the Business office at a K-12 private school (or equivalent experience in related area work).

2.   3 years experience working with FACTS Payment Plans, Billing, and Financial Aid Management products and services.
