With our nationally recognized platforms, TeacherLists, EduKit, and PTO Today, we simplify the back-to-school process for schools, teachers, volunteers, and parents. As a mission-driven company, our goal is to make life easier for school communities and help ensure students are prepared to learn.
We’re seeking a Seasonal Onboarding Assistant to support our TeacherLists School District Engagement Team. This is a full-time, temporary position running from April to August, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the EdTech space, customer success, or account management. If you're seeking a flexible, short-term role, this position is a great opportunity to dive in!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the onboarding of new districts & schools to TeacherLists
- Create new admin accounts for schools and districts and collaborate with the SDE team, following up with district/school staff as necessary
- Ensure supply lists are posted correctly and assist with updates as needed for SDE districts
- Generate iframes and communicate embed codes to school staff
- Assist with EdTech partner school set up as needed
- Review district and school data for accuracy and necessary updates
- Monitor district links and iframes to track list postings and engagement
- Maintain & update HubSpot records as needed
- Provide additional support to drive school and district engagement

- Comfortable working with various systems and tools (bonus points for experience with HubSpot)
- Able to adapt quickly and learn new platforms efficiently
- Self-Motivated & Proactive
- A team player with a strong sense of initiative—actively looks for ways to contribute
- Takes ownership of responsibilities and suggests solutions as appropriate
