  • Track key metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and forecast accuracy.
  • Monitor insights on New Business, Cross-Sell, Upsell, ARR Growth, Services, Overages, and Renewals.

Deal and CPQ Support

  • Support sales reps with pricing, renewals, and deal structuring questions.
  • Ensure correct use of pricing models (including stepped pricing and special terms).
  • Assist with complex quotes cases in CPQ.
  • Review deals for completeness and accuracy.

Salesforce/CRM Administration (Light)

  • Maintain account ownership and opportunity data.
  • Process product changes, swaps, and subscription updates.
  • Ensure data accuracy across opportunities and accounts.
  • Support reporting and basic data pulls.

Order & Payment Coordination

  • Track purchase orders (POs), invoices, and payment status.
  • Coordinate with Finance to confirm collections and outstanding balances.
  • Support internal tracking of deals post-close.

Partner & Commission Support

  • Maintain partner records and commission tracking.
  • Support updates to partner-related deals and reporting.
  • Assist with commission calculations and validation.

Forecasting & Pipeline Management

  • Assist in sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline progression and deal velocity.
  • Support pipeline reviews by ensuring data accuracy and highlighting at-risk deals.
  • Work closely with the sales team.

Marketing & Sales Reporting Support

  • Assist with campaign tracking and reporting updates.
  • Maintain marketing and sales reporting dashboards.
  • Handle ad hoc reporting requests from sales and leadership.

General Sales Operations Support

  • Respond to day-to-day requests from the sales team.
  • Help maintain documentation and internal processes.
  • Support coordination across Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to use AI tools and workflow automations to reduce manual work and optimize sales processes.

What Success Looks Like

  • Deals move quickly with minimal errors
  • Salesforce data is clean and reliable
  • Sales reps receive timely, accurate support
  • Internal processes run smoothly without constant escalation

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar support role
  • Experience with Salesforce (required) and CPQ tools (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • A proactive mindset with interest or experience in using AI tools and automations to streamline repetitive operational tasks.

Language Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
  • You will be working directly with US and global sales teams on a daily basis
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English is critical

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models
  • Exposure to partner programs or commission structures
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

Location

  • Total Annual Compensation: COP 100,000,000 – 130,000,000
  • Includes prima legal (13th month equivalent), paid semi-annually
  • Compensation will be based on experience and skill level
  • Opportunity to grow within a global sales organization
