Kognity is seeking a part-time Implementation Specialist to design and deliver online training sessions for teachers and students, with a focus on the IBDP and IGCSE curriculum.
Responsibilities: Design and deliver tailored online training sessions, run engaging virtual sessions, gather user feedback, and collaborate with the User Education Manager on improving training.
Skills: Experience with IBDP or IGCSE curriculum, virtual training delivery, fluency in English (Spanish is a plus), proficiency in Zoom and Google Workspace, excellent time management.
Qualifications: Experience teaching IBDP or IGCSE curriculum is essential; passion for digital teaching and learning.
Location: This job is open to candidates based in the Americas, specifically the United States.
Compensation: $40 - $50 / Hourly

What you’ll do
● 🎯 Design and deliver bespoke online training sessions for teachers and students
● 🌍 Run engaging virtual sessions in English (Spanish is a bonus)
● 🧠 Develop a deep understanding of Kognity’s platform and how it supports IBDP and IGCSE
● 📈 Collect user feedback and use data to improve future sessions
● 🤝 Work closely with the User Education Manager to improve onboarding and training
Note: This is an ad hoc, part-time role (10–20 hours/month), open to candidates based in the Americas.
What we’re looking for
● 🧑🏫 Experience teaching the IBDP or IGCSE curriculum - this is essential
● 🌐 Experience delivering engaging virtual training sessions
● 💬 Fluency in English (Spanish is a strong plus)
● 🔧 Comfortable using Zoom and Google Workspace
● 🗓 Great time management and organisational skills
