Qualifications: Proven experience facilitating workshops, team sessions, training events, or group discussions in corporate or leadership development environments. Experience managing live interactive sessions with cross-functional teams and demonstrated presence leading groups without heavy instructional content delivery.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Facilitator to support an in-person team session for approximately 90 participants in the Amsterdam area. This is a facilitation-focused engagement centered around guiding discussion, managing group interaction, and maintaining strong energy throughout the session.

The facilitator guide, activities, and overall structure are already prepared, so this role is less focused on teaching content and more focused on creating an engaging, collaborative, and well-managed participant experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in live group environments and is confident leading conversations, managing room dynamics, and keeping discussions productive and inclusive.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Introduce activities and frame discussion prompts using a prepared facilitator guide

  • Deliver light presentation and provide clear instructions to the full group

  • Guide participant discussions and maintain engagement throughout the session

  • Support breakout conversations and bring groups back together effectively

  • Help maintain timing, pacing, and smooth transitions between activities

  • Manage room dynamics and encourage participation across both managers and individual contributors

  • Create a positive, collaborative environment that keeps attendees engaged and involved

  • Partner closely with the project lead to ensure a smooth onsite experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience facilitating workshops, team sessions, training events, or group discussions

  • Comfortable presenting and managing groups of up to 90 participants

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to keep conversations moving naturally while maintaining structure

  • Confident managing energy, participation, and classroom/event flow

  • Professional, organized, and comfortable working from pre-developed materials and agendas

  • Able to be onsite in Amsterdam for the event
