Position overview:

Join our dynamic team as a SAP PTP Consultant! We are seeking a dedicated individual with extensive experience and expertise in SAP PTP. In this role, you will play a vital role in optimizing and streamlining our revenue accounting and reporting processes, working closely with various teams such as sales, finance, and IT. Your responsibilities will include configuring and customizing SAP PTP modules, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, and providing guidance on PTP best practices. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and in-depth knowledge of SAP PTP. Responsibilities:

Configure and customize SAP PTP modules to meet business requirements
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and detail revenue accounting and reporting requirements
Ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with accounting standards
Provide guidance and support on PTP best practices
Perform system testing and support end-to-end implementation of SAP PTP
Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP PTPwith other SAP modules and external systems
Identify and resolve issues related to SAP PTPconfiguration and functionality
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP PTP

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP PTP
Strong knowledge of SAP PTP modules, including revenue recognition processes and accounting principles
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP PTP modules
Proficiency in SAP PTP pricing, billing, and order management processes
Understanding of integration points between SAP PTP, PTP, and other SAP modules
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
SAP PTP certification is preferred

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
