We are seeking a Virtual School Psychologist to provide psychological assessments and therapy to school-aged children in Idaho for the 25/26 school year. This is a remote, W2 position with competitive hourly pay and additional incentives for eligible providers.
Responsibilities: Deliver psychological assessments, provide telehealth services, and participate in IEP meetings while collaborating with school staff and clinical mentors.
Skills: Active School Psychologist license, experience with school-aged children, and technological proficiency required.
Qualifications: Nationally Certified School Psychologist and experience working within a school environment preferred.
Location: This position is remote, with candidates residing in Idaho.
Compensation: $44 - $47 / Hourly

What You’ll Do:
Grow and invest in your skills, capabilities, and career, by delivering psychological assessments and psychotherapy services to school-based children across the nation, leveraging technology that includes proprietary tools to support and enable clinical care, in an environment that is flexible to your needs.
- Huddle up with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding school psychology services to children in need
- Complete documentation and participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
- Develop your skills, career, and expertise within a supportive team-based environment
- Provide telehealth services to a diverse population of school aged children
Minimum Requirements:
- Caseload availability ranging from 15 - 40 hours
- Access to a personal laptop (not chromebook) for conducting sessions and access to our proprietary platform
- Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid School Psychologist license in your state of residence and Idaho, in good standing
- Nationally Certified School Psychologist (required)
- Full-time resident of the United States
- School experience or experience working with school aged pediatric population
- Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology
Compensation: This is a W2 employment opportunity. Exact compensation band for providers who reside in AL, ID, LA, ME, MO, MS, ND, NE, SD, TN, VT, and WV is $44-$47 an hour, with an opportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3,000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in a pay period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. Exact hourly rate will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.
