CDW seeks a Tempe Account Representative to manage Small Business reseller accounts through inbound/outbound communications while delivering exceptional customer service. This role serves as a brand ambassador, qualifying opportunities and ensuring customer needs are addressed by appropriate CDW resources.
Skills & Tools: Excellent written and verbal communication with strong vocabulary and articulation, advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and demonstrated problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational, time management, and math skills with proven ability to multitask and work independently or in team environments.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Minimum 1 year of call center experience and 1 year of sales experience required.
Location: Tempe, Arizona
Compensation: $18–$24/hr
