This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to optimize systems, processes, forecasting, and analytics that support sustainable growth.

All About the Job
As the Manager of Revenue Operations, you are a strategic, data-driven individual contributor responsible for enabling and scaling the company’s go-to-market engine across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. You focus on building the systems, insights, and operational rigor required to drive predictable growth, informed decision-making, and strong execution across the full revenue lifecycle.
You will own revenue reporting and analytics, leveraging HubSpot, Salesforce, Domo, and ZoomInfo to establish a single source of truth for pipeline, forecasting, performance, and customer outcomes. You are comfortable partnering with executive leadership, supporting board-level reporting, and translating complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
You bring curiosity around AI and emerging technologies, continuously exploring ways to streamline processes, automate workflows, and improve the overall go-to-market motion.
This role begins as a hands-on individual contributor, with the potential to expand in scope and leadership as the business grows.
Your mission
- Own and evolve the end-to-end revenue reporting and analytics framework, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and visibility across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs in HubSpot and Salesforce, using Domo to unify data and deliver executive- and board-ready insights.
- Establish and maintain a single source of truth for pipeline, bookings, renewals, expansion, and revenue performance.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to operationalize ZoomInfo data for prospecting, segmentation, attribution, and pipeline analysis.
- Support executive leadership and board preparation by developing clear, compelling reporting, forecasts, and narrative-driven insights for decks, reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Improve forecasting accuracy and GTM efficiency through disciplined pipeline management, stage definitions, ICP, conversion analysis, and performance tracking.
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to automate workflows, enhance insights, and reduce friction across the revenue lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate company strategy into scalable processes, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes.
- Continuously assess and refine tools, processes, and data models to support growth and prepare for future team expansion.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics within a SaaS or EdTech environment.
- Strong analytical and systems-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate data into clear insights that inform executive decision-making and GTM strategy.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining reporting, dashboards, and forecasts in HubSpot and/or Salesforce; experience with Domo strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting pipeline management, forecasting, and performance measurement across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with sales leaders, marketers, customer success, and finance to improve execution and outcomes.
- Comfortable supporting executive reporting and board-level materials, including forecasts, KPI reviews, and narrative-driven insights.
- Curious about AI and emerging technologies, with interest in applying automation and new tools to streamline processes and improve the go-to-market motion.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data and operational concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in fast-growing or evolving organizations where structure is being built and refined over time.
Knowledge and Experience
- SIS, ERP, LMS, or EdTech experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) preferred, not required
