Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor software engineering teams ensuring successful project delivery, contribute to technical planning and risk management, and foster cross-disciplinary collaboration. Act as a technical expert in assigned areas, identify and mitigate risks, and transfer knowledge through formal and informal means.
Skills & Tools: Strong proficiency in Java, REST APIs, and software engineering processes with expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and mentoring abilities required to lead teams and influence across disciplines.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6 years of software development experience; Master's Degree or PhD preferred, along with cloud technologies experience.
Location: Hybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States
Compensation: $140,200 – $217,200/year
