Summary

Lead a team of instructional designers, assessment developers, and educational technologists in creating high-quality, competency-based learning experiences and assessments. Drive continuous improvement and innovation to enhance student success while ensuring all products meet institutional standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee instructional design teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure curriculum and assessment deliverables meet quality and alignment standards. Use data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and mentor staff on best practices in AI integration and learning design.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership and project management abilities, data analysis capabilities, instructional design expertise, and experience with AI in education. Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and foster team engagement and accountability.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5 years of leadership experience in instructional design required. Master's degree and extensive experience with innovative learning designs preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States
Compensation: $85,100 – $140,500 / annually
