Role Snapshot

Senior Training Developer for Leidos' Intel Sector supporting USSF/USAF SATCOM systems, responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive blended-learning solutions that enhance cybersecurity and mission-critical communications resilience.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver certifiable training programs for complex software/server systems; collaborate with SMEs and instructional teams to create WCIs, lesson plans, CBT modules, and job aids; instruct adult learners in classroom environments and evaluate training effectiveness.

Skills & Tools: Expertise in instructional systems design, blended-learning development (classroom, CBT/WBT), PKI and key management knowledge, technical training delivery, complex problem-solving, and proficiency working with software engineers and system administrators in Agile environments.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology, or related field plus 12+ years training experience (or equivalent substitute); 7+ years platform delivery design for technology systems; 3+ years recent hands-on technical classroom instruction; extensive experience with training products and technical teams.

Location: San Diego, California

Compensation: $105K–$190K/yr
