Position: Onboarding Specialist

The Role: As an Onboarding Specialist, you will lead new partner schools through the onboarding process, ensuring they transition smoothly and adopt Mia Share’s software and services effectively. You will play a pivotal role in setting partners up for success, maximizing their initial engagement, and providing the tools and fundamental training they need to thrive.

Employment Type: Full-time, in-person, Sandy, Utah

Responsibilities:

  • Guide new school partners through a structured onboarding process to ensure successful adoption of Mia Share solutions.
  • Educate partners on the immediate value of Mia Share’s offerings in driving enrollment and revenue growth.
  • Deliver training sessions and resources to equip partners with the knowledge to maximize their use of our software.
  • Troubleshoot onboarding issues, liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless setup.
  • Provide clear and actionable recommendations to help partners optimize their early use of Mia Share.
  • Maintain organized records of onboarding progress and partner feedback to refine processes.
