Summary

The Assistant Director, SUO Admissions Systems manages the CRM system for Stevenson University Online, supporting recruitment, admissions, and student success through data management, system configuration, and reporting to enhance operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities: Configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain CRM functions including application workflows, data reporting, and systems integrations. Plan and produce regular and ad hoc queries, reports, and publications to meet compliance and reporting needs.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with ERP systems (Ellucian Colleague preferred) and CRM systems (Slate preferred), advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, and strong data analysis and statistical capabilities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus at least three years of experience with ERP and CRM systems. Background in mathematics, statistical analysis, research, or technology platforms preferred.

The Assistant Director, Admissions Systems is a campus-based position that is responsible for managing the Stevenson University Online (SUO) CRM system (Technolutions Slate) to support recruitment, admissions, and student success in the University’s online academic programs. Duties include configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining all CRM functions to improve and enhance capabilities and efficiencies in the application, admissions, and enrollment processes, communication workflows, data reporting, and systems integrations. Other responsibilities include planning, preparing, and producing a variety of regular and ad hoc queries, reports, and publications to meet external and internal reporting and compliance needs. The Assistant Director, SUO Admissions Systems works as a member of the team to support the overall operations of SUO, and supports initiatives as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree plus at least three years of experience using ERP systems (e.g. Ellucian Colleague, Banner, PeopleSoft, etc.) and CRM systems (e.g. SLATE, Recruit, TargetX), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Background in mathematics, statistical analysis, and/or research and proficiency with technology such as Ellucian products and Technolutions Slate preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience in statistical analysis and/or research.
  • Proficiency in using an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system (Ellucian Colleague preferred) and customer relationship management (CRM) system (Slate preferred).
  • Advanced ability to write queries and to retrieve, analyze, and interpret data from Ellucian and Entrinsik Informer or other data management systems.
  • Experience in data collection/management, analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel with ability to utilize tools such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
  • High degree of independent, critical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
