Role Snapshot
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team driving strategic growth and revenue across AWS cloud solutions and services at CDW. This highly visible leadership role is accountable for scaling AWS-related revenue, strengthening partner alignment, and building a performance-driven, customer-centric sales culture.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee Account Executives and Client Executives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while conducting pipeline reviews and managing forecasting. Execute segment-aligned go-to-market strategies, develop account strategies for profitable growth, and support complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles with AWS co-sell engagements.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership and team development abilities with consultative selling experience and expertise in managing complex sales cycles. Effective communication with C-suite executives and cross-functional collaboration skills required.
Qualifications: 7+ years in technology sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role. AWS knowledge and Solutions Architect certification preferred or ability to obtain within one year.

Compensation: $90Kβ$150K/yr
