Role Snapshot
Lead Engineer for Enterprise Incident & Change Management at The College Board, responsible for designing and implementing incident/change management frameworks with a focus on automation and operational excellence. Skills & Tools: Required: software development experience, proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, AWS cloud infrastructure expertise, coding/scripting for automation, and strong problem-solving capabilities. Preferred: ITIL framework familiarity, incident management systems knowledge, monitoring tools expertise, excellent communication, and collaborative mindset.
Qualifications: 7+ years of relevant experience in incident management, change management, or related infrastructure/operations roles. Strong technical foundation in cloud platforms and automation with proven ability to lead teams and implement enterprise-scale solutions.
Location: Virginia
Compensation: $168K–$183K/yr
