Summary

Drive revenue growth as an Account Executive for 360Learning's North American Mid-Market segment by leveraging HRtech B2B SaaS sales expertise to qualify, close new business, and build lasting client relationships. Contribute as a subject matter expert on the learning platform while executing proven sales methodologies in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities: Qualify and close new business deals within the mid-market segment (250-5,000 employees), conduct exceptional client meetings, and execute complex software platform demos. Build and manage your own sales pipeline while becoming an expert in Learning & Development market trends and competitor landscape.
Skills & Tools: Minimum 3 years of HRtech B2B SaaS sales experience with strong analytical and organizational capabilities. Demonstrated ability to execute complex software demos, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a growth mindset committed to continuous learning.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher required with at least 3 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a Pre-sales role within HRtech B2B SaaS. Experience selling learning solutions like LMS or LXP is preferred.
Location: Remote in Canada with flexible work hours and occasional virtual meetups.
Compensation: CA$70,000 – CA$110,000/year

As an Account Executive on the North American Mid-Market team, you are responsible for driving revenue in North America with a focus on the mid-market segment (250 - 5,000 employees). Within 1 month, you will:

  • Master the product demo and pitch
  • Meet the global team through virtual coffee meets and happy hours

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Close your first deal
  • Run tailored and exceptional client meetings
  • Build your own pipeline
  • Become an expert in Learning & Development market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Drive revenue generation through qualifying and closing new business
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly sales quotas

Within 12 months, you will:

  • Contribute as a subject matter expert on the 360Learning platform and share your knowledge with the rest of the organization
  • Be ready to tackle more complex, multi-thread deals

The Skill Set

  • At least 3 years of experience in HRtech B2B SaaS environment as an Account Executive or Pre-sales role
  • Bonus points for experience selling learning solutions like an LMS or LXP
  • A growth mindset and a life-long learning attitude 
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Executed complex software/platform demos in your sales process
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education
