Summary

Remote mental health therapist providing teletherapy to students ages 11-24 in California through school partnerships. Focus on delivering evidence-based care to remove barriers and empower young people's emotional and mental wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities: Provide individual teletherapy sessions to students experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions and offer psychoeducation to parents/caregivers. Foster supportive therapeutic relationships in a safe, virtual environment.
Skills & Tools: Evidence-based clinical practice, telehealth proficiency, cultural competency, and strong interpersonal skills for building therapeutic relationships with youth and families. Experience with diverse populations and adolescent mental health.
Qualifications: Fully licensed clinician with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in California. Demonstrated experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings.
Location: Remote, California (fully remote; work from anywhere in U.S.)
Compensation: $70 – $85 / hourly

We partner with over 60 school districts—including Kaiser Permanente—reaching more than one million students nationwide. Our clinicians enjoy the stability of consistent referrals and a meaningful caseload, allowing you to focus on what matters most: making a real difference in students' lives.

We're seeking compassionate, licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to students ages 11-24 throughout California. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners to help students thrive. Every session you lead has the power to change a young person's trajectory—and that's just the beginning of the impact you'll make.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $70–$85 per session, plus guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations. Bilingual clinicians earn an additional $5 per session
  • Flexible & Manageable Caseload: Minimum of just 5 sessions per week—perfect for work-life balance

Flexibility & Clinical Support

  • Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday, 3–8 PM PST, with optional weekend availability from 9 AM–5 PM PST.
  • Administrative Support: We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling—so you can focus on care
  • Supportive Clinical Community: Peer consultation, collaborative networks, and team discussions
  • Professional Development: Continuing education credits and ongoing training

Role & Responsibilities

  • Foster strong, supportive relationships with students to create a safe therapeutic environment
  • Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
  • Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers

Qualifications

  • Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
  • Passion for youth mental health: Demonstrated commitment to providing culturally responsive, equitable care that honors diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings
  • Comfortable with telehealth: Experience providing telehealth services

Please note: This role is open to fully licensed clinicians only; associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible.
