Key Responsibilities: Manage product content, imagery, and videos across online retailers using Salsify; research and optimize SEO keywords using Helium10 and Google Ads; build PowerBI dashboards to analyze retail performance data and track optimization results. Coordinate testing strategies, work with paid advertising partners, and collaborate with creative teams on storefront assets and brand-aligned content.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with product experience management software (Salsify), SEO keyword research tools, PowerBI data visualization, and strong analytical abilities; detail-oriented with excellent cross-functional communication and ability to quickly learn new platforms and processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required; 0-2 years of marketing experience in data analysis, keyword research, product optimization, or online merchandising preferred.

Compensation: $25.48 – $29.81 per hour (approximately $53,000 – $62,000 annually based on 2,080 hours/year)

Team & Position Description:

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Retail and Search to join our Marketing Team! What you’ll do day to day:

  • Manage content, imagery, and videos for a range of 300+ products across all online retailers, including but not limited to Amazon, Target, and Walmart.
  • Become an expert in utilizing our product experience management software (Salsify) to manage and feed content across retailers for better automation of product optimization
  • Research and optimize SEO keywords using various platforms, including Helium10 and Google Ads. Summarize data to create trend reports and keyword insights for the marketing and product development teams. 
  • Analyze competitive product offerings, including pricing, features, reviews, and search data. 
  • Build and utilize PowerBI dashboards and analyze data across retailers at the product level to understand results and track learnings from tests to improve strategy.
  • Coordinate and implement a testing strategy across retailers to impact KPIs and stay on top of optimization and listing best practices for each retailer.
  • Work cross-functionally with retail paid advertising partners to drive traffic and conversion to retail storefronts.
  • Lead the strategy and work cross-functionally with the Creative team on online storefront assets. Work closely with the copywriters and designers to ensure high-quality content aligns with brand strategy.

What we’re looking for (Key Performance Objectives): 

  • Execute a retail content strategy to hit POS goals across key retailers, annually. 
  • Within the first 9 months, audit our retail catalog on Kohls and devise a strategy for content optimization to maximize POS sales.
  • Within the first 3 months, revise and implement a cohesive retail storefront strategy that aligns with both brand messaging and overarching content and paid strategies.
  • Within the first 6 months, leverage AI to streamline optimization processes to cut down on total execution time.

Requirements/Ideal Attributes:

  • Bachelors Degree in marketing, or related field
  • 0 – 2 years or marketing experience related to data analysis, keyword research, product optimization, online merchandising
  • Detail oriented and a strong ability to learn new skills!

Compensation Range: $25.48 - $29.81 per hour – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: years of experience, skill set or location. Total compensation includes profit sharing bonus potential, 401k matching, and a variety of other benefits (details can be found here).
